This place being this universe? I've heard of creatures similar to the World Eaters (who NAMED them that, by the way? Sure, to the point and very self-explanatory, but it's not very snappy, you know?). Not the same but there could be something in it.

Yeah, this universe or world or whatever it is. I'm not really sure where we are, to be honest? And I don't know who named them... Probably the people native to this place before they died, but beyond that, big shrug! I wonder if they're related, though? To the things you're talking about, I mean. What's their deal?

Aaaaand not much, I'm sure you and everyone else will be super happy to hear! I only know what you guys put on the network, or what Rastus/the forest spirits tell me. The latter I take with a grain of salt, lol. It's gossip, as far as I'm concerned.

They were called the Inheritors. They travelled between worlds feeding on life forces, which is exactly as gross as it sounds. Really strong, really difficult to stop, but with a surprising weakness to radiation. From what I understand, killing them was out of the question, so for a while they were stuck in a tower on a radioactive version of Earth which meant they couldn't leave OR cause any more harm.

Radiation, huh? Interesting... That's an avenue we haven't tried yet.

So like, they were exiled to an uninhabited world, basically? Also something to keep in mind, if that's even possible here. I could go for that. I'm glad you guys found a way to stop them, though. Your things, that is. The Inheritors.

It's going... fine! Bummed that not many people were actually happy to see me, but I'm used to it. That's the typical reaction. At least I'm not all alone anymore, sort of! I like reading what everyone gets up to on the network. :)

I do! I have a full kitchen, pretty much. My digs are pretty swanky? They weren't when I first got here, but like, if I'm gonna be stuck here? You bet your buns I'm gonna trick the place out! It's cozy, and I do like it, I just wish I wasn't stuck. :(

Well, he can! Sort of.

I "order" stuff for the ferry every month, so I can get those things for myself! I can get ahold of liiiiiike basically anything I want, same as with you guys, although the tech doesn't always behave. But when you've been here as long as I have, you have a lot of time for trial and error, lol. I end up with the right crap eventually!

But fancy coffee drinks and bubble tea?? Those are hard things to get ready-made! And I could get an espresso machine or something but that's a lot of work and stuff. I only got so much room up here!
