I'd offer to mail you one if I didn't think it'd get eaten or destroyed on the way.
(And you know you didn't have to, right? It was an offhand comment, and I will literally eat anything.)

As an aside: how'd you manage the fix for the ferry? Everyone was pretty worried, and I won't lie, I definitely imagined we'd be seeing a re-enactment of It's Raining Men (the original, by The Weather Girls, not the inferior and frankly disappointing cover by that one former Spice Girl...)

And I know I didn't have to! But item orders were slow this month (WONDER WHY.......) and it gave me a fun little project.

I called in a favor for the ferry! Some friends of mine fixed it up.

I've been trying not to think about that too much. Breathing exercises, etc etc. Knowing we're not going to starve to (second??) death sure has helped with that though.

Good!! Yeah, like, the ferry is great??? But in all honesty, it's more of a luxury than a necessity. We could get by just fine without all the stuff that comes on it, but like, why should we? It's worth the extra effort even if it's just to boost morale.

I just heard "shadowy", "big" and "glowing lights" through the grapevine, which I realize is not the most useful of descriptors.

...Because now that I think about it, that doesn't entirely rule out jellyfish.
