[ Seeing things, having weird dreams that seem incredibly real until he wakes up, he's been having all the usual symptoms he's come to expect of the darkness, but now it seems to be ramping up. ]

Kind of wondered if that's what would happen. Anything I can do to help?

What's getting worse? Is there an event going on? I've been keeping an eye on the network and the forest spirits are upset, but I don't have a clear read on the situation down there...

Is anyone trying to rebuild the docks? That's important!

Last month it was a sometimes thing. Seeing stuff that couldn't possibly be there.
It's getting stronger, and it's not just me. You call something like this an event?

Yeah, "event" is just an easy word to use to describe all the weird crap that happens around here, whether it's put on by me or something else.

You agreed there can't be any new people around Beacon, so I know I can't believe my eyes.

Well, I know this won't mean much, but this convo is definitely real! As far as the people... Can other people see the same things you're seeing? There's a good chance you're hallucinating.

If it's not something put on by me or Rastus or whoever, it's forest spirits.

How can you tell what's something you or Rastus puts on over the spirits?
Besides Rastus giving us a bunch of glowing rocks.

If one of us does something for you guys, we'll tell you about it. I will, anyway, and I know Rastus would... Jury's out on Will! But I can't see him having the motivation to put on an event, anyway. :/

Another important distinction is that I'm not gonna try to screw with you guys. I wouldn't be behind something like this. It sounds like it's upsetting a lot of people.

Wouldn't dream of it. Rastus is a total sap, but his heart's in the right place.

You can tell, right? So many of these people have been through so much. Now even our senses are unreliable.

It's not always accurate, but I can sometimes gauge how things are going down in town by how the forest spirits are acting or what they're saying to each other. They got quiet and sort of scared not long before this started, which is why I put my light on. Wasn't sure what was up, but it was something.

But, good, I'm glad that makes you feel better! Not to sound too Zefron, but we're alllllll in thiiiiiiis togeeeeetheeeeerrrrrr~~~~!!!

If only you, Rastus, Will or the spirits will pull off an event and none of you seem to be doing this one, then someone or something else is doing it right?
How do you put on an event?

Well, this one's probably the spirits. Just, like, the angry ones. :/ The green-eyed ones that messed with stuff at the party, most likely. Hallucinations are kind of their signature...

But, uhh, you just kind of... do it? Like organizing a party, I guess? Put out some FB invites, make some flyers... IDK.

The scavenger hunt was just me coming up with a list and collecting all your pictures!! It wasn't that hard. And me and Rastus kinda put the boat thing together as a team. I coordinated stuff with the forest spirits and he organized all the stuff on the ground.

[ He meant the mysterious supernatural stuff, but now she's pointed out that these "events" could literally just be anything happening, and he feels like an idiot. ]

Oh. So if it's something other than your usual gathering, it's probably the spirits.
